Be a Vendor at a Rockwood Market Hall Event

Selected vendors will have a minimum of a 10’x10’ space. Multiple booth spaces may be available to select vendors, please indicate your space needs in the vendor application. All booth locations are determined by the Events team and are subject to availability.

Vendors are required to provide their own tent, with a maximum size of 10’x10’ to fit within the designated booth space. Each tent must be secured with weights of at least 10 pounds per leg, as required by the fire department. While tent walls are not mandatory, they are strongly encouraged to offer additional protection from wind, cold, and other elements.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table(s), chairs, and any other necessary supplies for their booth. Please ensure that all items remain within the confines of your designated space to avoid obstructing pedestrian traffic or encroaching on neighboring booths.

For events during the winter or in the evening, we highly recommend using internal portable lighting to ensure visibility and safety.

Electrical access is limited and subject to availability. If power is necessary for your booth, please indicate your needs in the vendor application.

Our events will take place rain or shine, and it is the vendors' responsibility to be properly prepared for all weather conditions (e.g., tents, rain gear, etc.). In the event that weather conditions are severe enough to pose a safety risk to staff, vendors, or guests, the Events team will promptly notify vendors of any changes or cancellations via email as soon as a decision is made.

Booth fees may apply to select events. Booth fees will be outlined by the Events team to all selected vendors. We do our best to ensure that any booth fees are low barrier, please reach out to the Events team if a booth fee is cost prohibitive for your business.

All vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the proper licensing for their business and having those licenses and/or permits on hand should an inspector request them.

Special event licenses may apply. Please be as specific as possible about your business type and what items you will be bringing to the event.

Thank you for your application! If you are selected, our Events team will email you the next steps to secure your vendor spot within 72 hours of receiving your application. Please note that some events may require a signed vendor agreement and a booth deposit of $15 to confirm your spot. You will be notified via email if these steps are necessary.

We have 72-hour cancellation policy for confirmed vendors. Notice of cancellation must be given by directly contacting the Event Coordinator via phone at 503-690-2800 or via email by responding directly to the event confirmation email. Vendors who do not give the required 72-hour notice OR a straight no-show on the day of the event will not be considered for participation at future events at Rockwood Market Hall.
